RETURNS

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps for starting a return

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

·         Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

·         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

·         Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

·         Returns from outside the United States.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

1.      Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Include the reason for your return in the email body text.

 

2.      If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package along with a prepaid return shipping label.  

 

3.      Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

4.      Any returns for refunds will be credited back using the original method of payment. Please note that we do not issue refunds by checks (including cashier’s), cash, or other physical instruments. We withhold the right to deny refunds that request specific return payment methods other than the method originally used to make the purchase.

 

Notes:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@motivg.com.

 

 

Reasons for Returns

1.      Did not meet expectations

·         Please let us know where the product did not meet your expectations and any suggestions for making the product better in the future. We’re always open to feedback!

 

2.      Item arrived damaged or defective

·         Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos and descriptions of the issue.

 

3.      Does not fit well

·         While we strive to make our products fit as many individuals as possible, we understand that sometimes just isn’t a right fit for you. Please let us know if the product was too longer, too wide, too short, etc.

 

4.      Found a better alternative

·         We understand that our product will never be able to suit everyone’s needs perfectly and that there may be products out there better suited to your needs. Simply let us know briefly what the alternative is and why it is better. We greatly appreciate the feedback!

 

5.      Product did not arrive in time

·         We strive to ship out our products as soon as possible to our customers. If for any reason the product does not arrive in time, please let us know.

 

6.      Do not understand how to use the product

·         If you have difficulties understanding how use one of our products, simply contact us at contact@motivg.com before your return and we will respond promptly.

 

7.      Other reasons

·         While we have a 30-day no hassle return policy, we would welcome any feedback on why our product was not the right fit for you.
